Reducing Pineapple
Ryan’s birthday was this week and I had a pineapple in the fridge. Knowing how much he liked pineapple, I decided to make a pineapple upside down cake. The recipe came from www.cooksillustrated.com. CI is definitely my favorite source of recipes.
Ryan thought the cake was great. I thought it was a bit dry. I will bake it for 5 minutes less next time.
